Caroline Perino is a Brazilian fashion designer based in London. She has recently graduated in an MA in Fashion from Kingston University London. Apart from being one of the few selected to represent Kingston University at the MA Fashion show, she was also granted two sponsorships, one from the great Crystal's company, SWAROVSKI, and another one from the Italian company BOTTONIFICIO PADANO that provides buttons and zips for some of the greatest luxury brands in the world. The CAROLINE PERINO Autumn/Winter 2018 collection is all about bright colors, shapes and details. Inspired in art and great artists like Miro, Kandinsky, Picasso and Calder to mention a few, the garments resemble paintings. Some garments of this collection reach a hundred (100) patterns for just one piece/look, which is the case of a coat present in the collection. One of Caroline's passions is developing textiles, either with embellishments, different technologies, embroidered, with different patterns, different fabrics or anything possible. In the case of this collection many different ways of using the Swarovski crystals were employed and complemented with hand embroidery of beads.
The designer had previously graduated in a BA in Fashion in Brazil, where she worked as a fashion researcher both voluntarily and as an intern. During her studies in this BA, she exposed three times
